I’m Eva—a mother of two gorgeous girls and two fur babies, a certified yoga teacher, and an integrative health coach. My passion? Helping other mothers who want to stop losing their temper to create peace and structure through holistic practices that result in a happy family life. 💖
My Story
Let me be real with you, it wasn’t always like this for me. I used to think I had it all figured out—parenting books, online groups, and the belief that motherhood would come naturally and effortlessly. I was sure I’d be the most patient, present, and loving mom. Reality, however, had other plans. 😔
I still vividly remember the day that broke me. My newborn was in the sling, my toddler was having one of her hardest days, and there I was—tears streaming down my face in the middle of a playground, feeling like I was failing at the one thing I thought I’d be perfect at: motherhood. I walked home in tears, utterly exhausted and overwhelmed, convinced that pushing harder to be more patient was the answer. But no matter how hard I tried, the feelings of failure didn’t go away.
What I didn’t realize back then was that it wasn’t about my willpower—it was about how I was neglecting my own needs entirely. I was pouring all of myself into my children, my home, and left nothing for myself. For over a year, I ran on empty, and it didn’t just affect me—it affected how I showed up as a mother. 😔
